Jeff heads the knowledgeable crew at Pro Tire. He has owned his own successful operation for 20+ years and has over 30 years of auto repair and tire experience. He specializes in computer diagnostics, tune-ups, tire fitments, and brake work. Jeff enjoys his shop, working with his technicians, and talking to his customers who appreciate the honest explanations he provides on their car repairs. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys motorcycling and snowmobiling.

Mike has worked at Pro Tire for over 10 years. He has 27+ years of experience and has worked at various repair facilities in the Utica area of Central New York. Familiar with most makes and repairs, Mike's main expertise is with foreign cars. In his spare time Mike enjoys training and riding his horses, hunting, and keeping busy with the activities of his three daughters.

Steve came to Pro Tire from a Ford dealership, but he is knowledgeable about several auto makes and their service needs such as electrical problems and drivability concerns. He brought 10+ years of experience, and his specialties are computer diagnostics, tune-ups and servicing larger vehicles and trucks. When not at Pro Tire, Steve likes hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.

Ben has returned to Pro Tire and has brought his increased vehicle knowledge with him. He specializes in computer diagnostics and general servicing of passenger vehicles, but Ben is capable and willing to work on any vehicle. To increase his knowledge, he continues to work with all our experts to learn all aspects of the business. Ben relaxes on his days off enjoying being outdoors hunting or fishing and listening to his favorites tunes.

Bruce has 10 years experience in vehicle service, but since coming to Pro Tire, he has concentrated on tire installation and repair. He continues to assist with general vehicle service, and his knowledge has grown from passenger vehicles to include commercial vehicles. Bruce spends his time off from work enjoying hunting, fishing and surfing the net.

Terri has brought her office skills from working eighteen years in the insurance industry to Pro Tire, and has been here three years, helping maintain customer and vehicle files for the technicians. She gained general vehicle knowledge while working in insurance, and she continues to learn as she works with our technicians. If Terri can’t give you an answer, she will find out or connect you to the person who can. On her days off, Terri likes photography, crocheting and caring for her dogs, Dante and Roda.
